For items purchased on our website, customers can call 765-277-2387 or email sales@cyclesolutionsonline.com for approval on a return. It is your responsibility to make sure the part ordered fits the application. Due to our extremely low prices, our margins are minimal. Cycle Solutions encourages all customers to thoroughly research items of interest before purchasing to be certain products ordered are the right products for your application and preferences. Therefore, if you simply do not like the item you purchased, some items can be returned for a 20% restocking fee plus shipping fees as long as it is in new condition, has not been installed or used in any way, and still has the original packaging. If Cycle Solutions Inc. has made an error and sent the wrong item, we will gladly issue a return and send the correct item.
If a part is damaged upon delivery, call us immediately and DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT. Do not destroy the packaging or write on it. All warranties come from the manufacturer or the distributor and they decide what they will take back. We do not accept returns on used or installed products. Manufacturer warranty does not cover shipping costs. Damages from shipping are extremely rare but if it happens, you must save all packing material in order for us to make a claim.
If you have a return that fits the above criteria it must be no more than thirty days from purchase date. Please call us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will be refused. Returns not in the original box and not packaged as received will be refused. You must make sure the product is packed properly to prevent damage and scratches during shipping. We will gladly answer your questions by phone or email.
